I did better today~

Okay so tonight my family had burgers and fries. I had a burger with veggies instead. I added a big piece of tomatoe instead of mayo like i normally do. I also made a smoothie because my grandpa got me a blender *so happyyy* I plan to make many smoothies in the morning <3 We bought sausage and i saw that it had 18g!!! of fat. I refuse to eat it now… omgoodness o.O So basically cereal, smoothie, burger, veggies, and a piece of sugar-free pie (Made with sugar free pudding, my mommy made it for me and my grandpa ^.^) today. Ohhh and im drinking tomatoe juice right now. I know its weird but my grandpa use to drink it all the time so it kinda reminds me of my childhood :P

Also been watching biggest loser. I like the red team. ^.^ I wish i could lose like 16lbs a week and stuff o.O lol Anyone else watching it?

School :)

I know this is kinda weightloss un-related. However i have good news! I was approved for fasfa (Financal aid services) in the amount of 5550 dollars. I know my schooling is 16900, BUT i can file next year for 4800. And then take out loans… which wont be fun. I’m just glad some of my school is covered right now. Can’t wait to go in like a month. :3 I know my goal was to be under 300 before i go. However just being down some weight makes me happy :)

Weigh in!

So i’ve done a weigh in on soompi. I’ve been sick so i lost some weight. Havn’t been eating as much. Its like… stomach pain and bleh. Horrible. I dont feel like eating but i get hungry and i know i have to eat. But when i eat i feel gross. Idk what this is but it sucks lol

Okay some of you may have noticed i didn’t do a weigh in this week. Basically i’m at my aunt’s and she doesn’t have a scale… at all… so yeah. I might be here next friday too but might update it on saturday or sunday. Sorry everyone! Been busy… being alittle fat. Basically living off garbage o.O I feel fat lol.

Proud of myself today

Today my cousins wanted quesadillas and cheese sticks. I was about to make some for myself when i realized that 1 cheese stick has 90 calories and like an obscene amount of fat. While 2 quesadillas squares were 190 calories. Which all of this wouldnt fill me up like at all. Therefore i did the smarter thing and made myself a veggie burger with a thin layer or mayo, cheese, tomatoes, spinach, onions, and mushrooms added onto my plate of grapes. I feel so proud of myself because i really wanted those fattening foods but i knew i would regret it later. Therefore i’ve eaten my food and i feel full and proud. Not to mention it was DELICIOUS! :P Anyways… just thought i would share that with y’all. ^.^

Here is the first 25 days of my 200 day challenge. I took off all sundays to have a rest day. I wanted to upload 25 days at a time so i can add intensity as i see fit ^.^ Or even change up exersice. So here it is ^.^

Tomorrow i’m going to work on making a 200 day challenge for myself <3

Ya know… pil sook 200 day challenge. I thought it was cute and interesting. So i wanted to try ^.^ I’ll write a 200 day exercise plan. Please keep in mind that i’m still 300lbs+ so they arn’t going to be SUPER SUPER hard, but alot better then what i’m doing currently ^.^ I’m also going to do calory shifting. Making a list in the morning i think will help out alot. Anyways. Look forward to it tomorrow. I’m tired. Goodnight everyone :)
