Okay so tonight my family had burgers and fries. I had a burger with veggies instead. I added a big piece of tomatoe instead of mayo like i normally do. You know this might be stupid
But if your eating, lets say, a 1600 calorie diet. And you work off 500 calories, you’ll be at 1100. Does that mean your body will go into starvation mode because its below 1200? Just curious?… or do you just not count your workout calories lost? Because i wanna start doing calorie shifting. Like 1900-2000 one day then 1500-1600 the next. Back and forth. But i dont wanna work off too...

Before bed lately i’ve been doing crunches and what not. About 50 a night. I remember when i did before… even though its simple, I actually lost some weight. I’m working out too. I realized that i dont workout as much often because i do DDR right? Its too hot to exersize outside because fat + heat = nasty amounts of sweat o.O ANYWAYS MY POINT! Okay i think i waited long enough to post. I also updated my soompi to say. But im 322 now! Lost 3lbs this week. So excited. I still have along way to go but 12lbs each month would be awesome.
