I had a burger with veggies instead. I added a big piece of tomatoe instead of mayo like i normally do. I also made a smoothie because my grandpa got me a blender *so happyyy* I plan to make many smoothies in the morning &amp;lt;3 We bought sausage and i saw that it had 18g!!! of fat. I refuse to eat it now&amp;#8230; omgoodness o.O So basically cereal, smoothie, burger, veggies, and a piece of sugar-free pie (Made with sugar free pudding, my mommy made it for me and my grandpa ^.^) today. Ohhh and im drinking tomatoe juice right now. I know its weird but my grandpa use to drink it all the time so it kinda reminds me of my childhood :P&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also been watching biggest loser. I was about to make some for myself when i realized that 1 cheese stick has 90 calories and like an obscene amount of fat. While 2 quesadillas squares were 190 calories. Which all of this wouldnt fill me up like at all. Therefore i did the smarter thing and made myself a veggie burger with a thin layer or mayo, cheese, tomatoes, spinach, onions, and mushrooms added onto my plate of grapes. I feel so proud of myself because i really wanted those fattening foods but i knew i would regret it later. Therefore i&amp;#8217;ve eaten my food and i feel full and proud. Not to mention it was DELICIOUS! :P Anyways&amp;#8230; just thought i would share that with y&amp;#8217;all. ^.^&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I actually was thinking about trying the kinda &amp;#8220;detox&amp;#8221; process i watched in the second one. Which is basically to eat 1 carb and 1 protein for breakfast then for all the other meals or snackes to replace my carbs with veggies for a week. (I would like to add. You still have to eat protein and stuff&amp;#8230; just less carbs lol) Because i kinda do feel alittle addicted to food at times. Like i&amp;#8217;ll just eat to eat even though i&amp;#8217;m not hungry. These tips also help with binging which i do. So if it works that would be awesome. They also said no matter what, eat whole grain. Which is FINE with me because i love whole grain pasta and cereal. &amp;lt;3 Anyways trying this friday til next friday. I hope it works. Plus i wanna take the advise from the first one and work out the moment i wake up. Also i sometimes dont do my weigh ins EXACTLY when i wake up&amp;#8230; I sometimes will wait til after i eat breakfast. And if you watched they said that was alittle bad. So yeah. Hope you liked them. :P&lt;/p&gt;
